Brian and his staff were great. They took our case, which was never going to be a huge case, just to help us out. When he couldn't get the amount that he thought was fair to us, he just took expenses rather than the 1/3. We settled for less than what we wanted but more than we thought we'd get thanks to Brian's persistence. Highly recommend his firm.
Would definitely recommend! I got recommended to Brian by another attorney I called who couldn't take my case at the time and was able to meet with him very quickly. Brian and Claudia worked to get the best settlement for my totaled car, kept me posted as the case progressed (expect a weekly call towards the beginning), and were patient during my recovery treatments which went on for a few months. Eventually when I finished treatments they recieved a settlement offer which they fought back and forth to increase, Brian and his team also reached out to the doctors/offices I was getting treatment from to reduce their bills so I wouldn't have so much deducted from my settlement. Brian, Claudia, and the rest of the team made the entire process after my car accident so much easier than I could've expected.
Before going to Mr.Gutierrez I worked or consulted with other attorney’s and none were able or willing to help me. All while knowing the history of the case he took a leap of faith and accepted to help me. He was very upfront and honest about the odds, but in that same conversation made me feel confident that he was going to do all in his ability to bring some justice to our family. I can’t say enough about how kind, attentive and caring he & his staff were through out the whole process. Many times they called just to see if we were ok. For instance when we had the freeze situation, in the middle of the situations they them selves we’re trying to address they took the time to check on us. I had a big trailer rear-end accident while I was a student at TAMU College of Medicine, and it was a total loss. I had suffered from dealing with the post-accident cares and treatments. Claudia has given an update almost weekly basis regardless of whether there was progress or not.
