Katy, TX (September 23, 2026) – Two people were hospitalized on Tuesday, September 22, after a two-vehicle wreck on Katy Fort Bend Road, just south of Interstate 10, in Katy. The crash happened shortly before 8:45 p.m.
Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies said a white Dodge Challenger was traveling south when its front end struck the passenger side of a gray SUV. The SUV was crossing the roadway westbound.
Life Flight transported the woman driving the SUV to Memorial Hermann, while an ambulance took her passenger to the hospital.
Deputies reported that both people in the SUV were in stable condition. The man driving the Challenger was not hurt, and deputies found no signs of intoxication. No charges had been filed as of the latest report.
