Rockport, TX (September 22, 2026) – One person died, and another was critically injured after a multi-vehicle crash on Business 35 near the Aransas County Airport in Rockport.
The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, September 19. Emergency crews responded to the location, and Business 35 was temporarily closed while they assisted those involved.
Two people were taken to a local hospital for treatment. One later died from their injuries, while the other remained in critical condition.
The Fulton Police Department and Texas Department of Public Safety are investigating the cause of the crash.
