A Ford Super Duty truck reportedly rear-ended a Nissan Sentra shortly after 8:30 a.m. Both vehicles were traveling east when the crash occurred.
Emergency crews and the Eastend Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to the location around 8:41 a.m., and the person was transported by ambulance for treatment.
