Dallas, TX (September 26, 2026) – Three people were hospitalized after a six-vehicle crash on the Dallas North Tollway near West Northwest Highway on Friday, September 25. The collision was reported shortly after 11 a.m. in the southbound lanes and involved a semi-truck.
Dallas Fire-Rescue said paramedics transported three people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Hazmat crews also cleaned up about 170 gallons of diesel and other fluids spilled from the truck.
The crash forced southbound traffic to exit at Royal Lane and northbound traffic at Northwest Highway. The North Texas Tollway Authority warned drivers to expect heavy traffic and avoid the roadway.
